Founded in 1991, Del Mar Database grew out of the direct needs of several mortgage bankers in the San Diego area. During the first couple of years, the company leveraged technology to replace tedious loan production tasks with automated, error-free systems.
By listening and responding to the needs of our customers, DataTrac grew into a robust mortgage lending solution that addresses the specific business needs for each department in a lender's back-office—underwriting through shipping.
Today, Del Mar Database has nearly 80 people dedicated full-time to supporting and growing our solutions for the same targeted customers that the company was originally founded to service—mortgage bankers. Everyone at the company is committed to our success, and we work closely together in the design of our future products.
