Jeb Spencer
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Spencer is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TVC Capital.  He focuses his time and energy on acquisitions of and investments in software and software enabled services firms. He has proven to be effective in working closely with management to rapidly professionalize and grow small software companies into leaders in their fields. An active Board leader in the technology sector, Mr. Spencer currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Del Mar DataTrac, Accordent Technologies Inc., and TechnoCom, Inc. He is the former CEO and Chairman of Del Mar DataTrac.  Additionally, Mr. Spencer was a Co-founder, President and Board member of Backwire.com Inc, which was acquired by Leap Wireless Inc. (NASDAQ: LEAP) in 2001. He is an honors graduate of Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA. He attended Oxford University (St. Anne's College) and graduated with honors from Harvard University, with an MBA from Harvard Business School.  

Rob Katz
President

Mr. Katz recently rejoined Del Mar DataTrac as President to oversee operations while the company re-organizes following the recent divestment from the Fiserv organization.  Over the past year, Mr. Katz has been consulting with several of Del Mar DataTrac ’s key partners, assisting them in meeting their corporate objectives related to sales, marketing, operations, and communications.  In his prior role with Del Mar DataTrac, he served as Executive Vice President responsible for sales, marketing, and business development activities.  Prior to joining Del Mar DataTrac, Mr. Katz was the Chief Information Officer with a national, $1.8 billion mortgage banking organization (and a DataTrac customer).

Gregg Holsapple
Vice President of Product and Technology

Mr. Holsapple has over 11 years experience in the mortgage banking industry. He is skilled in project management, product management, and system design.   Mr. Holsapple has proven to be effective in bridging the gap between business and technical teams by translating needs into functional designs.  Prior to joining Del Mar DataTrac, Mr. Holsapple was a three –time-over DataTrac® client at AME Financial, Monument Mortgage (Finet.com), and Mical Mortgage.  During his tenure at each company Mr. Holsapple had a hand in implementing and managing the DataTrac solution.  In doing so, he was able to streamline the business process, increase production, and lower overhead costs.

Sue Sroka
Vice President of Client Services

A 26 year veteran of the mortgage banking industry, Ms. Sroka's mortgage experience spans areas including operations management and software sales. Prior to joining Del Mar DataTrac, she served as National Sales Director for The Riverbend Group, an executive search firm specializing in mortgage and technology professionals. Ms. Sroka has also held management positions at ARGO Data Resource Corporation, INTERLINQ Software Corporation, and Citicorp Mortgage, Inc.
