Del Mar DataTrac’s training group has extensive mortgage experience, with an average of 10 years per person. In addition to providing you with experts who will understand your business and how you use technology, we also give you multiple options to access training. At implementation or when your company needs a detailed refresher, we provide on-site training supplemented by on-line sessions dedicated to your firm. Because the universe of Del Mar DataTrac customers is so large, and is growing so rapidly, we also have webinar training sessions throughout each month. Every functional area within a lender’s shop is covered separately with multiple sessions available to accommodate your schedule.
Support Team
Even the best designed software will require an occasional call to the vendor for questions, problems, an enhancement request, or updates on future releases. As with the rest of our customer support group, our help desk staff has significant experience in the mortgage banking and technology industries. Our core help desk staff has more than 48 years of mortgage banking experience. Our technical support staff has over 35 years of experience.
As with training, we provide you with multiple options to access our support desk including a robust online service portal, email, and telephone. All customer contact is managed by our state-of-the-art customer relationship management solution. We monitor exactly how long it takes us to respond to your most difficult questions and you can track the status of modification requests, future updates, training sessions, and more.
