Our goal is to have your implementation go as quickly and smoothly as possible so that you can begin to recognize the benefit from our systems as soon as possible.
New Clients
When you become a new client, we go through the following proven process:
- We receive your executed agreement
- You immediately receive an email with instructions for accessing your software
- You get contacted by one of our implementation experts who will schedule a kick-off call
- During kick-off call, we will learn all about your business and the people you have available to help get things set-up
- Based on that input and your product mix, we will build a custom project plan for your deployment
- No surprise... much of the work is completed by your team:
- Enter your users and locations
- Enter your loan programs
- Modify the condition table
- Enter your originators (with their licensing details)
- Enter your fee details (including your G/L codes)
- Our implementation specialist will check up on you and keep your project on track
- Milestone: Table
Review We do a complete assessment of the information your team has entered into the system. If anything is missing, we point it out. If everything is in order, we continue the process.
- Schedule on-site training
- Complete on-site training
After that, you are in production running real loans through the system.
- Follow-up webinars are provided for your team to dig deeper into each of their respective roles.
The average implementation is 34 days - although we have had some clients get live in under a week.
