Built on Microsoft's .NET architecture, WebTrac Pro represents the next generation of technology from Del Mar Database (replacing the original version, WebTrac). With this updated system, originators gain exposure to key loan data in a lender's shop, empowering them to register new loans, retrieve status, upload files from their POSs, and request rate locks--all with minimal effort, all in real-time.
“WebTrac Pro allows us to work more efficiently by reducing status calls,” said Nick Newsom, chief technology officer for American Home Equity Corporation. “Existing customers now spend more time sending us business and less time checking loan status and conditions.”
Existing WebTrac clients will want to consider making the move to WebTrac Pro today for five key reasons:
1. Real-time connection to DataTrac database: Enjoy instant confirmations of transactions (both successes and rejections) on the web site.
2. Controlled lock-desk hours: Set your own lock-desk hours. The system allows you to block automatic lock requests when the desk is closed or when you need to handle mid-day price changes.
3. Improved data control: Immediate system prompts notify you that the loan file exists, and give you the option to update the file.
4. Updated user interface: WebTrac Pro leverages current standards to present you as a technology leader.
5. New DataTrac functionality: Although the original WebTrac product will continue to work with new releases of DataTrac through the end of 2004, no new functionality will be introduced in that platform. Further, as of January 2005, the original WebTrac product will no longer be supported.
