Over the last two years, the keys to successful mortgage lending have been a) increasing your ability to fund more loans and b) reducing the risk of making mistakes. At Del Mar Database, our goal has been to provide our clients with products that do exactly that. Although certainly not perfect, our clients did report a 286% increase in production and a 30% decrease in overall errors as a result of implementing DataTrac.*

Although production volumes are still good, we all know it won't last forever. One of the most important issues facing our clients in the future will be how to compete with the largest lenders in a smaller and more competitive market.

In 2004, the one advantage we are committed to reclaiming for our clients is superior technology. This summer, we will release the first wave of new products that will start to level the playing field.
