Reports to: Director of Sales
Job Role:
Due to our recent explosive growth, we are expanding our team with the addition of several more junior inside sales gurus.
Job Duties:
- Initiate 50+ outbound calls per day to banks, credit unions and independent mortgage bankers
- Build and cultivate our internal database with additional qualified leads
- Update and clean current database with relevant contacts, contact info, and addresses
- Call and update current customer business profile and system’s information
- Make outbound calls for sales campaigns that may arise from time to time
- Record all activities in our CRM database
Job Qualifications:
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office, internet searching, and other general technology
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to learn quickly
- Be smart
- Know about or want to learn about Real Estate and Finance
- Be career minded (this is a first step to a great career in sales)
Job Classifications:
Hours: Flexible, part-time schedule (4 hour shifts x 3 days per week Mon-Fri)
Compensation: $15.00 - $21.50 per hour (based on performance)
Bonus: spiff per demo scheduled
Commission: percentage of revenue from closed deals
